Privacy Policy

Revenue Mode Systems LLC · Effective date: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Revenue Mode Systems LLC ("Revenue Mode Systems," "RMS," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit revenuemode.ai (the "Website"), contact us, buy our products, or install our apps from the HighLevel Marketplace. It also explains what we do not do with data in your own accounts. Our Terms of Service apply to your purchases.

In short: we collect what we need to sell, deliver, and support our products; we do not sell personal information; we do not use SMS for sales or support; and we do not access your HighLevel account data after you install a product unless you give us access for a support request.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Website we and our service providers receive technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location, collected through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Information from HighLevel (Marketplace). When you purchase or install an RMS app from the HighLevel Marketplace, HighLevel shares limited installation and billing information with us so we can provide and support the app. This may include the identifier of the installing account or sub-account (company and location IDs), the business or company name, the installing user's name and email address, and the app, plan, and install status. We do not receive your payment card details from HighLevel.

2. Data in your HighLevel and other accounts

Our Snapshots and workflows are configuration templates. They contain no buyer data. When you import or install a Product, it runs inside your HighLevel account, and the contacts, conversations, calls, messages, and other records it creates or handles belong to you and are stored and processed by HighLevel and the other platforms you connect (for example, Twilio and email providers) under their terms and privacy policies.

RMS does not access, copy, or store the contents of your HighLevel account after installation. We access your account only if you invite us for a scoped installation or support request, using limited, named access that you grant and can revoke; in that case we use the access only to do the requested work. Never share your password, and do not send us customer records.

For the people whose information you handle with our Products (your leads and customers), you are the business responsible for their data, notices, and consent; RMS is not the sender of your messages.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to: process and deliver orders and Marketplace installs; provide email and phone support; respond to inquiries and website review requests; prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of licenses; keep records and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations; operate, secure, and improve the Website and products; and send service messages about your purchase. We do not use your information to create a marketing subscription from a website review request.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

5. SMS and messaging consent

RMS does not currently use SMS for sales or support. We will send text messages to you only if you give clear, express consent for that purpose, and each message will identify RMS and explain how to opt out. You can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help; message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold.

The text messages, calls, and emails sent by workflows running in your HighLevel account are sent by you, to your contacts. You must have the consent and registrations (such as A2P 10DLC) that the law and carriers require (see our Terms).

6. Cookies and analytics

The Website uses a limited set of cookies and similar technologies:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Website may not work without essential cookies. We do not use advertising cookies to show you ads on other sites. Our Website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing for those signals to opt you out of.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. Typically: order, tax, and billing records for up to 7 years; support correspondence for up to 3 years after the matter closes; website review and inquiry submissions for up to 12 months after we respond (longer if you become a customer); and analytics data according to the settings in our analytics account. We may keep information longer where the law requires or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, hosted payment processing by Stripe, access limits, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and regulators as the law requires.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including California, Texas, and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising (we do none of these); and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

To make a request, email support@getrevenuemode.com with "Privacy request" in the subject, or call 1-855-350-4665. We may need to verify your identity, and an authorized agent may submit a request for you with proof of authority. We respond within 45 days (and tell you if we need an extension), and if we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our response. If your data lives in a HighLevel account run by one of our customers, contact that business or HighLevel directly. You may also complain to your state attorney general or other regulator.

10. Children

Our Website, Products, and Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where the law applies). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links and services

The Website links to services we do not control, including HighLevel, Stripe, Google, and social platforms (Instagram, YouTube). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

12. International visitors

We operate from the United States and the Website is intended for U.S. visitors. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows the latest version, and we will update it when we make material changes.
